Global Operations Centre
The Global Operations Centre was developed in the interest of providing unparalleled services to business and world travellers within the umbrella of interTouch's range of Broadband enabled services. It was set up to provide full-level support to interTouch's prestigious network of hotel partners in Asia Pacific, China, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and The Americas.
 

The Global Operations Centre has been conceptualised as the strategic merger of six important functions within interTouch's global operations, namely, Centralised Account Management, Customer Service Centre, Network Operations Centre (N.O.C), Systems Development, Product Marketing and Global Operations. The Global Operations Centre aims to cater to the growing number of rooms serviced by interTouch as well as the growing needs of business travellers. This is line with the fact that customer connections are increasing at a rate of 100 per cent year-on-year.

 

interTouch's around the clock multi-lingual expert support is one of the key attributes surrounding the Global Operations Centre. Our capabilities combined with the deployment of state-of-the-art technology ensure that any calls originating from any of the 70,000 rooms across the globe powered by interTouch will be promptly addressed. Apart from that, our experienced customer service professionals are fluent in English, Cantonese, German, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin. In the near future, more languages including Arabic will be made available.

 

At the core of the Global Operations Centre is the N.O.C team, responsible for remotely managing interTouch's services world-wide as well as round the clock monitoring and proactive management of potential problem situations. The N.O.C team also collaborates with the Customer Service Centre to provide second level support to ensure that interTouch's technology consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.

 
The Systems Development team is the driving force behind the continuous development, enhancement and maintenance of interTouch's systems and solutions. This team is responsible for interTouch's core Broadband Internet Access solution as well as the global systems necessary to support it.
