Helpdesk/Customer Service Agents
Location: Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
Responsible for providing online telephone support to ensure services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner that meets customer needs and expectations. Receive feedback and respond to customer problems, issues, and requests. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up on all incidents. Combine demonstrated technical skills with exceptional customer service in daily execution of responsibilities.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
A fresh university graduate with a degree in any discipline and a 'can-do' attitude.
Passionate about customer service and service delivery
A good communicator with multilingual language skills
Driven to continually learn and improve yourself
Able to think clearly about problems and resolutions under pressure then you are the right candidate for the training program
