Is advance notice for installation required?

Advance notice for usage requirements is generally not required, as our interTouch equipment to support these services are always ready for use. However, we would encourage you to run a test on the system before your conference commences so that you can be sure of a smooth-running system before your participants are present. This can be done to a pre-testing arrangement set up with the hotel staff. Additionally, if you do encounter any connectivity challenges, interTouch will be available to meet your queries as and when they are required.
